Dmitriev: Russian diesel tankers bound for US continue course

Russian presidential special envoy for investment and economic cooperation Kirill Dmitriev says that information about Russian diesel tankers bound for the US changing course is false.
"It's fake. Tankers heading to the US continue their course. Why is so much false information being spread by The Financial Times?" Dmitriev wrote on social media.
The Financial Times reported yesterday that two of three tankers loaded with Russian diesel fuel and heading to the US had changed course. According to the publication, this may indicate that President Trump's agreement with Moscow on diesel fuel has collapsed.
According to the publication's sources, a third tanker will also change course "for regulatory, legislative and sanctions-related reasons".
