Burnham: UK Will Not Invite Putin to 2027 G20 Summit
According to UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham, the country will not invite Russian President Vladimir Putin to the G20 summit planned for next year.
In an interview with The Economist, a journalist asked him whether he would invite Putin to the summit. Burnham replied briefly: "No."
The G20 leaders' summit in the UK is planned for November 2027.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio officially invited Putin to the G20 summit planned for December two months ago. Later, Donald Trump said that he may also invite Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the summit.
The summit will take place in Miami on December 14-15.
