„ქართული ოცნება“ - სასამართლოს დამოუკიდებლობით და სამართლებრივი ჩარჩოს ეფექტიანობით საქართველო ევროპის საუკეთესო ოცეულშია

According to Georgian Dream, the World Bank published reworked results of the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Survey within the framework of the Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI). According to them, in the rule of law category, using a 100% scoring system, Georgia scored 59% and took 15th place in Europe.

The information distributed by Georgian Dream states that Georgia outperformed all EU candidates, 15 EU and NATO member states, including two countries of the G7. These are: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Czechia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Turkey, Greece, North Macedonia and Croatia.

The information notes that the study, reworked using the Worldwide Governance Indicators methodology, creates a global ranking across governance effectiveness, control of corruption, rule of law and regulatory quality. Based on the World Economic Forum's global survey, the rule of law was assessed in two directions: the independence of the judiciary and the effectiveness of the legal framework in resolving disputes.

According to Georgian Dream, the World Bank published the reworked governance report exclusively within the framework of the Worldwide Governance Indicators project.
