Nadaraia: Hearing on Party Case to Resume Monday at 14:00

By decision of Constitutional Court Chairman Revaz Nadaraia, the court hearing on the case declaring five opposition parties unconstitutional will resume on Monday at 14:00.
Nadaraia said that the plenum will announce its decision on the motion "Gakharia for Georgia" on Monday. The motion concerns questioning specific political figures as witnesses, including Bidzina Ivanishvili and other current or former leaders of "Georgian Dream". After this, the process will move to the stage of substantive consideration.
"Once the motions are completed, substantive consideration begins. Substantive consideration begins with the report of the judge-rapporteur. I will announce the decision on Monday and at the same time we will move to the stage of substantive consideration. These three days have shown that we have a lot of work ahead. I do not know whether we will finish this week. If we do not finish, we will rest the following week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be scheduled. I am not asking either side; everyone is obliged to attend!" said Nadaraia.
