TI-Georgia: 24 Current Officials Simultaneously Serve as Directors of 30 Companies
According to a statement by Transparency International Georgia, 24 current officials have been identified who, despite the clear requirement of the law, simultaneously hold director positions in 30 companies.
According to the organization, the officials include Martvili Municipality Mayor Giorgi Nachkebia, Deputy Minister of Justice and Civic Integration of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia Temur Gasviani, Deputy Head of Isani District Merab Bekaia, and Deputy Mayor of Bolnisi Municipality Valentina Naveriani.
