Sioridze: Serious "Mines" Planted in Lawsuit Against Georgia's Territorial Integrity and Foreign Course

Giorgi Sioridze, a member of "Lelo-Dzlieri Georgia", told the Constitutional Court at its hearing that the aim of the lawsuit is to eliminate the opposition and ban parties, although it also contains serious threats to the country's territorial integrity and foreign course.
According to him, the case does not concern one or two political parties; it concerns Georgia's security and its foreign policy vector.
Sioridze noted that his colleague took a position on the ambiguity of the lawsuit and spoke about who could be asked for what. According to him, Archil Gorduladze left this issue open and said that at the next stage they would clarify who is facing what.
According to Sioridze's assessment, the drama embedded in the lawsuit begins with the 2008 war and continues with the view that political parties failed to take into account the bitter experience of that time and still continue their activities. According to him, this applies to all parties present at the hearing, and in the future to everyone who speaks against the foreign course of "Georgian Dream", which will be considered a provocation of aggression.
Sioridze said that the argumentation presented was legally grounded and logical specifically for this motion. In his own assessment, the position of "Georgian Dream" deputies that they will clarify this later will do great harm to the whole process.
