A bipartisan group on Ukraine in the US Congress issued a statement expressing concern over reports from Ukraine that US provision of intelligence and Starlink services to Ukraine has been suspended. According to the group, Congress will not allow such restrictions.

The statement is signed by the group's co-chairs: Congressmen Marc Kaptur (Democratic Party), Brian Fitzpatrick (Republican Party), Mike Quigley (Democratic Party) and Joe Wilson (Republican Party).

"We are concerned by reports from Ukraine that the US has suspended provision of intelligence and Starlink services, which leaves innocent civilians in Ukraine and American citizens facing the threat of Russian attacks.

Congress has repeatedly stated clearly that the United States must provide [Ukraine] with intelligence support to save human lives from Russia's relentless strikes. US allies pay for Ukraine's access to Starlink.

Restrictions that put peaceful population at risk are unacceptable, and Congress will not allow them," the statement says.
