Rosselkhoznadzor: Georgia to Buy One Million Doses of Animal Vaccine from Russia
According to Rosselkhoznadzor, Russia's sanitary agency, Georgia will purchase one million doses of animal vaccine from Russia. The purchase is planned for the first quarter of 2027. The cost of the purchase has not been specified.
The Russian side's statement says that Rosselkhoznadzor representatives also took part in a regional seminar of the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) held in Tbilisi.
According to the same statement, two Georgian dairy processing companies will be granted the opportunity to enter Russia starting from November 2026. The statement also reviews trade figures for live pigs and fruit, but it says nothing about the new partial embargo imposed by Russia itself.
