Zelensky: Operation Against Russia's Oil Refining Industry Continues

According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the operation against Russian oil refineries continues. He says it is a response to Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy facilities.

According to Zelensky, Ukraine's power plants, energy grid, heating and water supply facilities, and civilian logistics are under constant attack by "Shahed" drones and missiles.

"The Russians are not changing the nature of their aggressive actions. They have abandoned the de-escalation steps that our partners spoke about, and they are counting on future strikes. We have defined our responses," Zelensky writes.
