Raufoglu: Delivery of 500 Patriot Missiles to Ukraine Will Not Begin Until 2030

The delivery of 500 Patriot missiles from the US to Ukraine will not begin until 2030. This is reported by Ukrainian media, citing Alex Raufoglu, journalist for Radio Liberty.

On social media, Raufoglu says, citing sources, that the delivery of 500 PAC-3 missiles for Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine is not expected before 2030.

The US State Department has approved the sale of 500 Patriot-type missiles to Ukraine under an agreement worth $2.1 billion.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had earlier said that Patriot missile deliveries could begin in a few years.

"We ask our American partners to find a solution, while there is a real threat and need to use the missiles," Zelensky said.
