Zelensky: Panzir-S2 and S-400 Command Vehicle Hit in Rostov Region, Losses Put at $70 Million

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the Pantsir-S2 surface-to-air missile system and the S-400 Triumf command and staff vehicle in the Rostov region. The total value of the damaged air defense assets is approximately $70 million.

According to Zelensky, the strike was also carried out on the "Kamensk Plant" - a Russian defense industry enterprise involved in missile production.
