Kirill Budanov, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said on social media that demonstrative mass killings of civilians are Russia's "arguments" in negotiations.

"Today Russia once again showed how it really views ending the war and the search for peace. In several Ukrainian cities, a demonstrative killing of civilians in one day, right on the streets and in residential buildings - this is Russia's "arguments" in negotiations," Budanov writes.

According to him, Ukraine and the entire free world must respond to this with real force. "For every victim in Ukraine, facilities of Russia's military-industrial complex must burn, and the very capability of Moscow to carry out this aggression must be destroyed. Only the military power of Ukraine and its partners can stop the daily killing of people by bombs, drones and missiles in the heart of Europe," Budanov states.
