Zelensky: Army Limits and Neutrality Are Not Up for Discussion

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that under possible peace agreements, Ukraine will agree neither to limit the size of its army nor to adopt a neutral status.
"The main aspect of this is that we cannot talk about our state's neutrality, and we should not talk about it. Our vision, in principle, coincides with the American one. We cannot talk about limiting the Ukrainian army," Zelensky said.
According to him, the Russian side cannot determine Ukraine's security guarantees.
"Thus, the conclusions are clear: the issues of limiting our army and Ukraine's neutrality are not up for discussion. The territorial issue, meanwhile, is a red line, which can be discussed only at the level of leaders," Zelensky said.
