Zelensky: Russia used 16 ballistic missiles and over 280 drones against Ukraine overnight

Russian forces used 16 ballistic missiles and more than 280 drones against Ukraine during the night. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote about this on social media. According to him, strikes were recorded, including on the southern bridge.
According to Zelensky, this is a serious escalation of Russia's operation aimed at Ukraine's logistics. "Strikes were carried out in the Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa, Chernihiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Kherson and Chernivtsi regions as well. Almost everywhere, Russia's targets were the energy sector, logistics and the ordinary infrastructure of cities," he said.
According to the Ukrainian president, recent artificially created and prolonged delays in the supply of missiles for Patriot and NASAMS systems directly help Russia achieve the goals of its terrorist campaign. "Every such delay means another Russian strike on one object or another. Unfortunately, strikes are happening every day. Russia constantly takes new steps towards escalation. To change the situation, pressure on Russia and real support for Ukraine are needed," Zelensky says.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha also responded to the attack. "It is unacceptable to help lift Russia out of international isolation at a time when it refuses to end the war. Putin is a murderer whose hands are stained with blood. His place is in The Hague, on the defendants' bench, and not at international events," he wrote on social media.
