Ana Buchukuri: 95 percent of the facts cited in the lawsuit are false

Ana Buchukuri, a member of the party "Gakharia for Georgia", responded to the ongoing proceedings at the Constitutional Court. According to her, 95 percent of the facts cited in the lawsuit submitted by the parliamentary majority are false, and it serves only propaganda messages.

"It is so unclear what they are actually suing our party for. We were forced to write down where the word Gakharia is used and prepare a response to these propaganda messages. Even 95 percent of the facts cited are false.

The lawsuit mainly relates to political statements, and parties are being banned because of political statements", said Ana Buchukuri.
