Students of Vekua School to Continue Studies in Second Shift at School N51
Studies at the Tbilisi Ilia Vekua Physics and Mathematics Public School N42 are likely to be suspended. The reason is an emergency building and an expert examination conclusion.
According to students and parents, they learned today that studies will continue at Public School N51 in the second shift. This contradicts their demands. Some of the parents are requesting a meeting with the ministry and clarification of the situation.
The Ministry of Education stated that the school administration and parents have known since September that the school needed an expert examination. According to the ministry, discussions are underway on which building the students should move to.
