Interior Ministry Confirms Detention of Vato Kipiani and Avtandil Bilanishvili

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has confirmed the detention of so-called criminal authority Vato Kipiani and Avtandil Bilanishvili, also known as "Kaprso".

The ministry explains that the investigation is being conducted on charges of group violence. The case is being investigated under Article 126, Paragraph 1¹, Subparagraph "b" of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
