Spanish City of Zaragoza Named European Green Capital for 2028

The Spanish city of Zaragoza has been named "European Green Capital 2028."

Another two cities, the Spanish city of Benidorm and the Portuguese city of Estarreja, received the "European Green Leaf" title.
