Buchukuri: Those Who Sign Up to Establishing Dictatorship Will Face Individual Responsibility

"For Georgia" party member Ana Buchukuri commented on social media on the termination of Constitutional Court judge Manana Kobakhidze's powers on the basis of her personal application.

According to Buchukuri, everyone who signs on to attempts to establish dictatorship in their own country will face individual responsibility. In her words, the "mafioso" principle is that everyone must be shot.

Buchukuri wrote: "All prosecutors, all judges, all deputies - everyone who takes part in banning dissenting opinions in their own country and signs on to attempts to establish dictatorship will face individual responsibility. Obviously, some have enough experience and courage not to sign evidence against themselves".

Manana Kobakhidze's powers as a Constitutional Court judge were terminated ahead of schedule. The court stated that this happened on the basis of her personal application.
