Government Returns Revised 2027 Budget Draft to Parliament
The Georgian government has returned the revised version of the 2027 state budget draft to Parliament.
Under the Budget Code and the Parliament's rules of procedure, the deadline for submitting the updated version of next year's main financial document is November 5. The revised draft was submitted at today's Bureau session.
First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Gia Volski said at the Bureau session: "The committees had certain remarks and proposals regarding the budget. The draft law of Georgia on the 2027 state budget, returned by the Government of Georgia, has arrived. The draft will be referred to the Finance and Budget Committee and distributed as information to all committees, factions and political groups."
