Putin: Blaming Russia for Unrest in Europe Is Exaggerated

Russian President Vladimir Putin says that attempts to blame Russia for provoking unrest in European countries are exaggerated.

"My first reaction when I saw this was surprise. Setting everything else aside, claiming that we are provoking mass protests in major European cities is already an obvious exaggeration, which, in my view, is clear even to ordinary Europeans," Putin said.

According to him, these accusations point to the weakness of European politicians and their inability to take responsibility for current events.

"This suggests that some leaders of European countries are weak and cannot take responsibility for what is happening," Putin said.
