Lutherans and Protestants to Celebrate Reformation Day on October 31

Lutherans and Protestants celebrate Reformation Day on October 31. The information was disseminated by the State Agency for Religious Affairs.
The agency congratulates the Evangelical-Lutheran and Evangelical-Protestant churches of Georgia and their congregations on the holiday and wishes them well-being.
"This date is related to the nailing of 95 theses by Martin Luther, the founder of the Reformation, to the doors of the Wittenberg Cathedral in 1517, which united a number of theological and ecclesiological issues," the agency's information says.
