Tegeta Holding Company Delivers Five School Buses to Armenia
The company Premium Machinery Armenia (PMA), part of the Tegeta Holding group, has delivered five new school buses to Armenia under a state project. The pilot program aims to ensure safe and comfortable transportation of students in newly built school facilities.
The official presentation of the buses was held in Yerevan, on Republic Square. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, together with members of the Cabinet of Ministers, reviewed their specifications and safety standards. The program is part of an initiative to increase access to quality educational services in Armenia.
The delivered buses will serve students in five settlements and ensure safe and regular transportation for a total of 103 children. PMA selected the buses for the pilot program taking into account requirements in line with European safety standards.
Beka Beridze, Head of the Cargo, Commercial and Bus Division of Tegeta Holding: "Our main priority in transport projects is always safety, reliability and compliance with international standards. This responsibility is especially high when it comes to transporting children".

The delivery of the first five buses is a pilot stage. Taking into account the results of the project, the possibility of Armenia purchasing about 100 school buses in the future is also being considered. In this direction, PMA is cooperating with relevant state agencies, including representatives of the education, infrastructure and regional development sectors.
Premium Machinery Armenia has been operating in Armenia since 2019. The company has also taken part in the Yerevan municipal transport project: in 2022, Tegeta delivered 87 buses of the German brand MAN to the Armenian capital. PMA supplies cargo, construction and special equipment to the market and exclusively represents leading global brands.
